*PICK UP AND DELIVERY

We own our own truck. Our experienced truck driver is dedicated to safe material handling.  Our truck is equipped with a forklift, so you don't have to interrupt any employees.  Let us load it!  We can take care of it!

 

*AT OUR LOCATION

Our experienced employees will unload your tanks at our facility.  The tanks are then flared out, inspected (dent's gouges, rust, cracks, valve configuration) and then placed on the line to be refurbished. 

 

*PAINT REMOVAL

The tanks will then run through the process of sandblasting.  All paint will be removed and will receive a commercial/white blast.  Tanks are blasted on a roller system, so in and around the legs are free from corrosion.

 

*PAINT PREPARATION

Each tank is then prepared for paint and serial numbers, year, manufacture and size are then recorded.

 

Your tanks are then ready for a quality coating.  We can use your specifications or we can recommend some of the best coatings in the industry.

 

We then apply a rich glossy finish (color of your choice) to industry standards.

 

*VALVING

Our qualified crew will then install a complete set of Rego(R) valves, insuring the valves have a vapor tight seal.

 

*HOODS

Tanks that are supplied with hoods will be sandblasted and painted to match your company identity.
